The selection is wonderful! We started with the seafood and worked our way around to try something from every station. right away and had a lovely waitress named Iris that was very attentive and friendly. We just got back for a wonderful visit to this casino and of course we had to try the buffet since we had heard many good things about it! We were there on a Monday evening so the crowd was very minimal. We may have spent some time in the casino if dinner had been nice. The whole experience was poor and I wish we had not eaten there. Normally he does not do this, but that was truly just too much. My husband did request to speak to the manager. Not, ' I'm sorry, what can we do to make it better? Sorry to hear that.' Anything along these lines would have been decent. The lady in the group decided to respond by rudely responding, ' You don't have to come back.' Seriously?! Wow. He told them it was not very good at all for a buffet and mentioned the reasons. My husband proceeded to tell him since he asked. When we were leaving there were 4 employees standing at a register and a man in a suit asked how we liked it. Just awful and we paid so much for it! Do not waste your time, money or a chance to enjoy a good meal! The waitress asked if everything was great. was fine, Brussel sprouts were Luke warm and lacking in flavor, rolls were not warm but in fact chilled (?), the pasta had dried up looking pasta and was on par with high school cafeteria food (not good), fried chicken so so, only soda, lemonade and fruit punch to drink and no club soda. It is pricey at $24 a piece and it should have been spectacular for that price. My family went to the 4 Winds Casino while on vacation and we decided to try the buffet for dinner.
